Factory vs aftermarket front bumper cover

Curious if anyone has input on the quality of aftermarket front bumper covers vs factory. My factory one has seen better days and I'm wanting to replace it. These thing are all over the place on pricing.

Curious if anyone has input on the quality of aftermarket front bumper covers vs factory. My factory one has seen better days and I'm wanting to replace it. These thing are all over the place on pricing.

I honestly believe there is only one or two places in China making them. There are CAPA certified and non certified to choose from.

Talking to body shop guys there is a slight difference between the two but being CAPA certified doesn't always guarantee a good fitting part and O.E. will always be better.

For me I'll be going with a CAPA certified bumper in the near future. If Amazon has them still by that time I'll probably go that route and hope for best.

NP. I've been looking at them for a while and doing some reading off and on.

Being my car us a GT I am also considering buying a shaved aftermarket GT rear bumper but none of those are certified which is slightly concerning.

I may just bite the bullet, get both and do a review.
