I've had great results with a kit I bought at Advance Automotive. I can't remember the manufacturer but the packaging was a silver bag with all the stuff inside. I used it on my girlfriends car when her headlights were yellowed and cloudy. I think it cost around 15 bucks. Its a 3 stage process that involves wet sanding and ends with a sealer. I think it took about an hour and a half to do both headlights. If you take your time and follow the instructions it should take care of the problem. One thing to watch out for though is to make sure that you dont get any of the sealer on your bumper or bodywork, it doesn't come off easily. Almost a year later the headlights are still clear and she parks outside every day.
