F/S Riechard Racing Blower Spacer

I'm selling my Riechard Racing Blower Spacer with extended dowels and offset intercooler flange tubes (not pictured) for $240 shipped.

What is the purpose of a spacer and does this effect how the intercooler is positioned in relation to the lower intake? Will this work with a whipple?

Did a little research when I saw this dunno about the Whipple. It's supposed to help isolate the blower from the heads/block and space the IC off the bottom of the intake for better flow.
