The story: My buddy had this motor built by JDM for his Terminator. Oil got contaminated but he caught it VERY early. Never lost pressure. He had an external cartridge filter so he noticed the contamination quickly.
He immediately pulled the engine and it sat for a while.
He sold his car as a roller and the motor sat some more.
I bought a roller(which I have since sold) to build and bought the motor from him. I gave it to my local machine shop and had everything gone through.
We did new bearings, rings, and the bottom end was balanced as well of course.
I also had a Melling Select billet oil pump installed(not cheap) as well as a brand new Moroso oil pan put on. These items are NOT included unless worked into a deal.
Knock sensor bosses have been machined off to accept a '03 lower intake.
Here is the spec sheet on the bottom end:
I'd like to get $4,000 out of it. I'm open to reasonable offers. Jim @ JDM told me it would cost about $6,500 to duplicate this bottom end today.
PayPal is ok but fees must be covered. I have no problem shipping but the arrangements are up to YOU. I can strap it to a pallet and have a forklift.
