This setup contains a M122 Eaton Supercharger, Throttle body (no electronics), throttle body inlet, full stock CAI, idler pulley, stock belt, stock thermostat, stock spark plugs, stock heat exchanger and assorted hoses and bolts.

I run the Department Of Boost setup on my 4.6L and love it, so don't shy away from it because you've never heard of DOB. Check out their forum....plenty of guys run it, and tons of help with install on there.
