to the buyer. take the one bent wheel and have the tire removed. then, disassemble the wheel yourself. send the damaged part to HRE and buy a replacement $200 or so.. take the other wheels to a local polishing shop and have them clean up the nicks and rash. EASY to do and wont cost much. trust me  no NEED to send them all back to HRE for this. you will just be paying out the nose unecessarily. $100 inspection fee?? :dw: if you dont have a good polishing shop near you i can recommend one over here that can do it. PM me if you need any assistance. sorry to see this happen. its hit or miss with shipping, usually HIT. i just had one wheel/tire get damaged during shipping. sucks. they denied the claim, of course :rollseyes i dont even know why they offer insurance (only if they LOSE it will they honor it!). but yeah, on the blue tape wtf?? i saran wrap the shiz out of them and use packaging tape to seal that all up. when youre talking $4-5k deal here, you should try to take extra precautions. i use cardboard over the face and foam sheets in between that, because polished gets marred very easily. BUT, be happy theyre polished and not any other coating. they can easily be brought back to 100% and those wheels are SICK! ive always loved that design :coolman:
