F-250 460ci

I want to get a mid to late-70s F-250 with a 460 Big Block for my winter beater, I want modify it to about 500hp and take it to the strip in the summer time. How do you guys think i shoud modify it to get to my desired HP?

stroke it to 514 cid and get some trick flow A460 or ford racing super cobra jet cylinder heads with about 10.5:1 compression
