tonight i notice the when i run the car up to about 3-4k rpm then let off i get a gurgling sound from the exhaust as the engine slows back down, it only did it when the car was cold, after it warmed up it stopped, anyone know what causes this?

does it have the stock mufflers?
Then I'm gonna say it's muffler design and age.
My Flow's do that and more. They'll acually SNAP inbetween shifts when they are cold...
do you have the stock cats on it yet??? if so then its actually a matter of putting heat into the cats which actually will quiet the car down some and get rid of the burbles (deceleration)and rasp(acceleration). If you have not done so already I would highly recommend an after market h or x pipe as that wil make a huge diff. in sound and a slight addition of 10-15 hp It made a huge diff. on mine.
