When I install my longtubes this weekend, what would you recommend for an exhaust gasket? OEM Ford or Remflex? I have heard great things about Remflex. and some folks swear by OEM. Thoughts?

I used $9 Fel-Pro gaskets (Part # MS95949) from www.rockauto.com
Billy (wiseguy) says they are very similar to the stock manifold gaskets and are very good quality. My longtubes have been installed since May and I haven't had a single issue with leaks etc. The key is to use the stage 8 locking header bolts as well. Do not double gasket!

I did purchase the Stage 8 Locking header bolts 
So it seems I just need to call ford and order my gaskets from them.. The remflex suggestion was noted mostly in reference to the Bassani header installs. I ended up staying with my BBK so OEM may be peachy.

yep ive heard of OEM being the best bet.
