only time ive heard of one going bad is when theres a surge of power through the system. either try ur luck at wrecking yards, ebay or buy a new one?

mine was fine - but I sold it - my mechanic told me I wouldnt need it with an 03 motor then sold me the one from his 03 engine - now I need it back cuz a different guy is finishing the job and says the 96 ECU and wiring needs to be used.

yea i needed a new computer for my 99 gt it was under warrenty at the time and i went the dealer had them do it, they put a v6 computer in the gt and it blew out ever sensr worst week of my life.
