Im posting this for a buddy and this happened after a blower swap?

he rarely drives it could it be carb. build up?

Check to see if all of the vac lines are hooked up correctly and that the DPFE sensor has both lines connected to the EGR tube in the correct location.

Pay no attention to the P1260, it just means that there was a key error.
