Engine Builder in So.FLa needed

Have a 2012 mustang that i got some billet rods, new crank, pistons etc need the rotating assemble balanced who do you guys recommend this will be a 850whp+ build, i already spoke to a couple of shops but want to know what you guys say, new to the area as far as engine builders.

Well guys after a lot of deliberation I have gone with Chris and the BBR crew, and we already started ideas and money has been put to start my project. Thanks everyone for his or her opinions.
