If you can afford it, coil-overs are great. The adjustability can be really important to those who need to fine tune their ride height as quickly and as easily as possible. Bob can attest to this. If you can swing it, go for itIMO. You'll then be able to adjust in the future without any hassle, should you need to do so.

If you know what you want in ride height and comfort but don’t have the need to change the ride height conventional springs can work.
I’d call and see their recommendation.
