I was led to believe they were they same 99-04. The stock rears are off an 01 bullitt. The pro kit is for a 96-04

bullitt springs are different because the bullitt's stock came lower than the cobra's and GT of that year, if i remember correctly it was a 0.75" drop...wouldnt really cut those though...theyre hard to come by and cutting them would ruin them. free bump
