I bought this gift card to use on eBay, but it turns out you need a PayPal account to even use it and I do not have a PayPal account. As such, I am selling this gift card.

Seeing as I do not have PayPal, I only accept Google Pay, Cash App, and Square. With Google Pay you can however, add PayPal as a payment method, so you do still have the ability to pay me with PayPal indirectly through Google Pay. Once paid, I will send you the 13 digit code that is on the back of the card you need to apply at checkout on eBay.
