Eaton Swap issues

99 Cobra with Eaton swap. I have fuel pressure spikes and irregular boost. I assume this is part of the debugging process. Please help. New bbk 300lhp pump, new filter and new frps.
Boost- egr delete and boost bypass solenoid delete. Didn’t have one and read it would help with WOT boost.

I never had either of those issues when I did mine. I did it on an 01 cobra. I ran the Fore hat with Ford GT pumps, dual FPDMs with the GT500 harness, bigger fuel hose from tank to rail with an SCT BA2600 MAF and 60# injectors. I also used an 03 cobra tank. Could you be maxing out the pumps or injectors? I didn't like the idea of the those modified FPDMs or the boost a pump option. I also upgraded the wiring to a bigger size, I forget what size though. It's a common upgrade on 03 cobras so if you search it you should find it.

What did your tuner tell you was going on with the fuel pressure?

He cross posted this in another forum. The vacuum lines are/were hooked up to the BPV and FRPS incorrectly. I don't know if that's going to fix everything, but it's a start.
