So I'm not sure if this is the best place for my question but here goes. I've got an Eaton sc, and lower intake from an 03 cobra going onto a 4v from a 2004 aviator. I just bought an 03 cobra fuel rail on ebay. What injectors are compatible with a mustang gt wiring harness? I've seen the stock 39lbs used on ebay, is that my only option besides upgrading to 60lb or etc. I'm keeping stock pulley on the eaton. Thanks ya'll

I've never eaton swapped a 2v so I won't comment on this injector question specifically (perhaps someone here can. I think @Blkkbgt has done this), but if you want to go to school on this subject this is where you really want to go. There's going to be lots of questions and practically all the answers are in this one place.

No sorry I've never eaton swapped a 2v. Only a KB 2.1.

I think the GT's use the Jetronic connector. You can use the Cobra injectors, but you'll need an adapter. Are the green top 42's still around? Those should plug right in. Although the diameter of the body might be an issue.

FWIW, the 39's and 42's flow the same. Ford flowed the 39's at a lower pressure for some reason.

I believe he's doing the swap with a 4v but trying to use a 2v car/ injector harness. I was thinking maybe kb used 4v rails and injectors to mate up with the 2v injector harness and that was what your setup had.

No the KB uses 2v rails and EV1 style injectors.

@samb1990 you need EV1 style injectors to mate up with the GT harness.

You can also buy adapters that mate EV1 connectors with EV6

If you end up running EV6 injectors you can also de-pin your EV1 connectors and re-pin EV6 connectors in place. The physical pins should be the same and you can get the connectors at a junk yard. Just buy extra in case one or 2 breaks.

@samb1990 Here are the adapters I previously mentioned to give you a visual of each style injector.
