First off I'm new to the site and the 4.6 modular platform. Ive recently purchased a 99 cobra and removed the engine. (consuming oil) Ive rebuilt the engine with all forged internals. MMR pistons, Manley H beams with arp 2000 rod bolts and all arp fasteners throughout. I'm now looking at a power adder, and have settled on the ever popular eaton swap. Ive decided to do a return style fuel system, and I have several questions.

Do I need to get the Pcm and engine wiring harness from donor car? If so, WHY?
Will my factory Pcm run the swap if tuned?
Will I need to bypass my fuel rail pressure sensor?
Can I swap an 03-04 Cluster in the car? (I dont like the look of aftermarket gauges cluttering up the interior.) If so, How do I go about that?

Thats about it for now, but I'm sure Ill have more questions later on.
Thank you in advance for your knowledge.
