So here in NC-E85 is scarce at best, and the local sunoco just stopped pumping 100 oct. so I think I want to start making my own e85. if anybody has tips or links that would be awesome-cause I really want to be up and running by summer time or so

Just buy a 55 gallon drum of E100 (~$200) and mix with what ever fuel you want to get desired results. This may help Thanks to 04Sleeper http://www.intercepteft.com/calc.html

that's cool and all but I want to physically make my own-liek with a still, and not pay 3.63 a gallon for e100 plus shipping and then more 3.60 a gallon for the remaining gasolene

Dude, just run it straight E100. lol I'd say screw E85 and buy the 100 if you dont want to hastle with mixing it.
