I am thinking about switching over to e85. I already have 75 lb. injectors and a KB BAP due to having the procharger. It finally got tuned and made 615.2 SAE to the wheels on 10 psi and 93 pump gas. Just curious if my current fuel set up (75's, BAP and stock pumps) will support e85?

If you run E75 (add a few gallons of 93) you will be fine. E75 is still way better than pump gas. Many of our gas stations advertise E85 but its really E75 year round. I just switched over to E85 myself. they sell testers so you can check the ethanol levels right at the pump.

Did Rick say if those 75lbs are close to being maxed out?

Going off of what others are making with the stock pump+BAP, you should be fine up to 700-ish rwhp.

I'm not sure 700 HP is safe with E85 on a stock pump w/bap. I'm spraying a lot of methanol to make that 765 and its lean, but I'm almost positive he would be safe to 650, especially if he's using the kenne bell 20V BAP, that will support 100 more HP than the vortech 18V BAP. I'm switching to the Kenne Bell next week.
