[QUOTE="ZOSO, post: 13112523, member: 17386"] A little back ground. I converted my car over to E85 summer of 08' and and enjoyed the benefits since. Since then I have put on ~10k miles on this set-up. I have had no issues so far even when the car has sat for months. To settle an argument on here I even cut open my fuel filter to see the condition. It looked new inside. Now it's time for an upgrade. Got a good deal on a KB2.2 so it's time for the ported eaton to be retired. I had pulled the eaton winter of 08 and cleaned everything and added an oil catch can. Upon pulling the blower today I did notice some residue built up on the intake ports around the injectors. It cleaned right off. I will pull the tank and check pumps and lines at a later date when the new fuel system goes in. Here are some pics of said residue. There is no oil going through the blower and the inter cooler is clean thanks to the catch can. This residue was only by the injectors.
