So i’ve been searching for a thread on 2.8KB non mammoth an non LC numbers on E85

I’ve found a few but old numbers.

I’m looking to go 3.1 upper an 4# lower on my 2.8KB (FBO)

Post the numbers you guys made on E85! Thanks in advance!

I’m thinking that should put me at around 23-24#’s

Thinking of running a 3.5 with a 4lb lower. But i’m only on 80# injectors so i’m thinking i’ll max em around 22-23lbs

I’m not sure if I was maxed out. But I’m assuming I was close. I was told short term fuel trims were at 1.00 not sure if I’m saying that right.

What injectors were you running? I’m trying to break 720+ on these, my buddy on a 2.3 whipple an these injectors was close to 750

I am running 80's still on my setup, I have my base pressure set at 55 psi. Making 785 right now and I was at 94% duty cycle. We did not want to push it any harder on 80's, so that is my next mod with more boost. So it can be done if you crank up your base pressure.

I'm running 2 465 pumps, Division X hat, Division X filter, Division X rails, 80's, -10 Feed, -8 Return, magnafuel regulator, with a dead head setup.

Nice so the 80’s can handle a little more. Nice to know. Would it be safe to say that at 800 it would require a bigger injector.

Damn really?! That’s really good numbers, i’m on a stock block still, so i’m hoping I can push these 80’s to around 720-750

I have a built motor I just finished building last fall. 0.020 over, custom diamond pistons with coatings, custom cams ect. I was making just shy of 700 with the same boost and fuel system ect on the stock motor. So I would say my new build is more efficient. I would not want to say 800 hp is the cap for 80's because a lot of things play into that. I don't think you will have an issue making 750 with the stock motor if you turn up the boost. Over 20 psi, I hope you have headstuds.

I ran 20+ psi without head studs with no issues. I know plenty of people running 20+ on the stock tty bolts.

Depending on your fuel setup and your tuner 80s can go well past 800rwhp on E85. I have seen them hit in the mid 900s on E85. That being said are there better injectors to use at that point. I would say yes.
