Thinking of converting myself, since I now have a putt-putt for a daily.

I'm running a Glenn's Performance 1000hp fuel system ( -10 hardline Y'd to twin GSL392 255lph hi-pressure pumps, -10 mainline to the front Y'd to -6 to UPR rails and a single -6 return from an Aeromotive regulator) with Siemens Deka 60s on a stock displacement/heads/cams forged 4.6 with a Vortech JT-Trim. Fuel lines are pushlock. Last known power level was 549/445 n 15psi at about 18* and 11.2:1 A/F.

Most of what I have read tells me that I'll have to move up as far as injector size; 40% IIRC. Anything else?

E85

I have not had the car on a dyno since it was street tune, but i can tell you that the pull is absolutely unreal. The DA' in Lubbock, Tx. is generally around 4000' and my car pulls harder up here than it did on my old VP113/93 tune in Houston, Tx. where the DA' is generally around sea level. I can't wait to get my car back down to Houston because it's a completely different animal, the power is just savage!

Damn WS6JJP, I think you are giving 04Sleeper a run for cleanest Cobra.

I'm also in the middle of doing the swap.

So what are the requirements to running E85 in your fuel system? Bigger lines? I understand the bigger pump / bigger injector part. Luckily for me it seems like I dont need to do anything besides those two upgrades to run E85 safely.

I am almost finished converting to E-85 on my 03 Cobra with the stock Eaton supercharger. First dyno run the car put 503 to the wheels with a 2.76 upper k&n filter longtube headers and catless bassani X pipe along with a stage 4 steggy port. 481 torque also.
I am going back friday to throw more timing at it since that run was only done at 19* of timing.

All I did was upgrade injectors to 60lb'ers. I will try to remember to check friday and see how they are performing as well as my stock fuel pumps, my kenne bell boost-a-pump is doings its job well also.

Doing mine now. All I'm waiting on is pumps and fuel hat, and I'll be done.
