So I keep trying to find a pushlock hose compatible with E85.. For some reason I can't find any ratings but maybe I'm doing it wrong.. So my question is what is the best pushlock hose that's E85 compatible.. I don't want to hear well I'm using this and it's been holding up etc. I would like some actual data on what pushlock hoses are E85 compatible and if they give a rating of 1-10.. I don't know if they give a rating etc but ya.. maybe you guys would know. :). Right now I have Earls superstock hose and I know it's not E85 compatible.

Interesting.. The only thing that I seem to be able to go off of is the "application" tab on summit and it says E85.. So that's what I figured it would be safe, but again I'm not 100% sure.. It would really make a difference in me going E85 since I wouldn't have to change out the hose again..

Aeroquip actually shows that they have good, great, etc. ratings with Ethanol. I think AQP lines are the ones that have an excellent E rating

from everything ive read/ speed shops i have talked to, unless the line is teflon coated, they are all pretty much the same. none of them hold up to ethanol like gasoline effects the line. Earls has agood reputation i heard....but again. not as good as teflon. i looked into it, seems super expensive, and this stuff regularly is already running 350 with lines and all fittings for me!

Yea when in doubt teflon is the way to go!! So here's the situation that I have.. I actually have a plethora for Teflon hose laying around at my dads place that I can.. But the fittings will damn near be as much as buying new line ahahaha. I'm not 100% sure yet though. I gotta talk to my dad about it and see what he thinks, and even if he has enough -6,-8,-10 line lol.

i called jegs and asked if their lines were (the jegs brand) were e85 were compatible, they said yes.

you should see the lines, literally every square inch is cracked/looks dry rotted on the outside! no leaks yet, but i only ran e10 gasoline in em. i am replacing them with aeroquip pushlok line.

^^ Damn that sucks man!! I'd be sooo pissed!!! Yea I'm kinda thinking that the Aeroquip pushlock lines might be my best best, so then I can reuse my fittings and such that I have now and just replace the hose. I need to find out how much the fittings will be for the Teflon hose I have vs buying the new hose and keeping my fittings.. Which ever one is most cost effective is the route I will go I think.. Unless it's like within 20-50 bucks then I'll go with the teflon and get new fittings.. I should hopefully be able to sell my currect stuff for a decent price I think..

I was looking at those.. Just got off the phone with my dad it turns out we have SS Hardline in -8,-6,-10 lol.. SO it looks like my new setup is going to be Teflon and hardline.. That should be pretty much E85 proof lol

You order Bulk length and then order the exact length that you need.

    Black also.
