Dyno-Vid: My Bolt-on 2V GT @ EFI Logics

What's up guys? I haven't really posted too much on here as of lately, but I figured I'd keep ya updated. I took my car today to EFI Logics in CT, incredible shop with a really nice staff, I wanted to get the car dynoed to see where I stand before I do some more mods over the winter.

3 Pulls with A/F, The numbers ended up being 255RWHP and 328RWTQ, not bad for a few bolt ons and a Mail-Order tune by VMP.

Also, my best run up to date is a 13.2x at 105. I really thought I'd break 12's this season but after a few 1.6 60's, I ended up running into some differential issues with the 31Spline Traction lock

Forgot to add, this is a 2004 P.I Explorer longblock swap, I don't think the original NPI engine would've even revved out on the dyno.

Yeah definitely man. I only went to LVD once or twice this season, they close too early! I really want to get up there for a few track rentals next season, I could really use the seat time!

Yeah they have the Wed night T&T's, which Id stay away from to be honest(2-4 runs MAX, alot of waiting time). Sat/Sun are the days to go, plus the track is prepped alot better.

We meet up every weekend during the summer, just lemme know if ya wanna come up and get a few runs off! Usually a good time

Yeah the last time I was at LVD they called test and tune to the lanes once, and the rest of the day was sitting there waiting for the Gamblers Race to finish, and something else. But I have been there on days when you can get 5 runs in without a problem. Its hit or miss I guess. I plan on buying a trailer soon so that way I don't have to worry about breaking far away from home, which would allow me to get to the track a lot more haha.

Awesome.....Chris at EFI is the man. Definately head back there again for the tune. He is the only one that I let touch my car. Did you check out that Dyno Database on their website too, it is pretty cool.

If you can get in on a track rental day at LVD you can usually get a bunch of runs on those days.

Yeah Chris seems like an awesome guy, and I'll most likely have him tune my car in the spring time.
Yeah I really want to get to a few track rental days at LVD. I think half the problem of my ET is because of my driving. Everytime I went to the track I would get 2 runs in at the most, so I really think some more seat time would help a lot.

I also went to see Chris at EFI back in August. I looked into things for while before I picked where to go, and I was really happy with making the 3+hr trip down there to get the car tuned.
