IIRC- BF revised theri aux idler mount years ago.
I pretty sure I have the new style piece.
I will see if I can find some pics just to make sure.

Yeah they did and i had the old style and now have the new style and the new one sits alot closer to the blower pulley than the old.

I am currently running a 2.2 KB on E85. How much more power would this blower make over the kb? I am currently making around 660-670 rwhp and 615trq on 21psi

Your HP would increase for sure and your TQ numbers would jump tremendously! I went from a Whipple 2.3 making 600hp/580TQ to the VMP TVS and 647HP/608TQ... Thats with 20# of boost on 110 gas

You are making very good numbers on the KB.
The E85 definitely helps.

My car made 699/667 on 22lb 22* and race gas with LTs.
E85 should make it do a lot better and we hope to test it in the near future.
Jay(Blown04Cobra) made 681/642 at 21lb at 19* with LTs. His had a mix with race gas.

The 90mm aux idler does fit with the 3.2" pulley and the 080810 belt.
It is tigher than ideal as shown on the tensioner markings.

I have had no belt slip with the 3.2" or 3.0"
Putting the idler on was more a function of getting the existing belt to fit.
I use one belt for 3 different blower pulleys by exchanging idler sizes.

Gottcha.. Going on your last post I'm going to order a 080806 belt

"For the 3.2 upper, 4lb lower, 3.2 alternator pulley and 3 100mm idlers(no aux idler) If this is your exact combo I would go with one size smaller (080806 I think) as the 080810 is a tad less than ideal."

Little confused on which intercooler bolts to buy because the whipple bolts and the stock eaton bolts I believe are different sizes.. Which style bolts do I need?

The 080806 should work well.
The bolts are nothing special. Just an M5x16 bolt. Probably $.25 each.
Bolts are avaiable at any local hardware store.
Factoty bolts have a small shoulder so I'd get something similar.
We recently ordered a bunch of IC bolts to include in the kits.
Unfortunatley they haven't arrived yet.
This will make it easy on the installer.
