If you have a 2010 stock brake system (4 piston front) then there are a number of options available and Rockauto has a large assortment of various prices.,,including the stock pads from Ford assuming you don't mind the dust. I believe the stock pads are semi-metallic even though some pad manufacturers listed the original pads as ceramic. I tried the Z23/Z26 pads once and they turned into peanut butter when I took them out to inspect...under normal driving. There were pieces falling off the pad and the material was crumbling in my hands with very low mileage on them. Maybe I got a bad lot but I won't try them again. If you have installed the big brake kit (Ford Performance Brake Kit) on your 2010 then your options are really limited. The Ford brake pad spec is DR3Z-2001-B or DR3Z-2001-D and I just ordered a low cost Bendix pad that had the right look and its spec listed as a subs for the above Ford #s. BUT this pad looks like it is shorter in width than the factory ones and I will check it in a day or two. I think the 6 piston calipers need a 75mm wide pad and many are only measuring around 70mm...which is a big difference. Factory Ford ones cover the entire polished rotor surface and I never had any rotor ridges during pad changes.
