Here is how to hotwire your fuel pump relay to drain the gast tank.

What you'll need:

about 3" of wire, stripped at both ends.
Some Rubber tubing (not sure of the size)
Valve Stem remover

okay, first you want to remove the shrader valve from your fuel rail. Its located on the passenger side at the very front of the rail. It looks like a valve stem on a tire (but a little bigger). Use the valve Stem remover to remove the stem. Now, insert the tubing over the shrader valve and put the open end in a bucket/certified fuel container.

Now, Open your glove box. push in on the sides and pull the glove box out some more so it will swing all the way down. Looking into the opening, the Fuel Pump Relay is located up and to the right. It is a large black object with four wires coming from it.

To remove the connector push on the connector clip/tab and pull straight down. It will take some force to dislodge it.

NOW - orient the connector so that the connector clip/tab on the outside is pointing towards the driver side of the car. This will orient it correctly. Now, put one end of the wire into the top connector. Insert the other end into the right connecter.

All done! Now, when you turn your key on, your fuel pump will run full speed continiously and pump fuel into the canister.

When your fuel level is to the level you want it, be sure and put the valve stem back into the shrader valve!!!
