Door sill plates

Does anyone know if the factory plastic door sill plates have clips or did they use some sort of 3m tape or glue?

They are clip in. They pop right off.

Yep, clips. Use a plastic pry tool.

There are 2 iirc, I second using a plastic trim tool. Lets you probe around and see whats going on and find the clips before you start yanking.
