The difference in the shaft sizes between the stock eaton and the whipple?

or are the shaft sizes the same?

I am not sure what you mean by shaft size. Are you talking about the rotors? If so, then no. They are completely different.

The pulley does not press onto a whipple. It is held on by four high strength bolts. You can see them in this pic.
