Does anyone know why the HD-DVd of Jet Li's 'Fearless' is "Unrated"?

I'm wanting to buy it but not if it has worse-than-PG13 stuff in it, and I certainly don't want to buy the regular DVD version. oke:

No, that's fine, but I was thinking perhaps it'd have more cursing, or nudity, or something like that.

Usually "unrated" means NC-17 most of the time it seems.

Sometimes when a movie is released on dvd they will add a few extra scenes and never resubmit the movie to be rated thus it being "unrated."
