Most likely it's someone who has a pair of these (GMP) models and will sell their extra ones since they probably bought the extra one in the first place expecting them to go up in price after holding onto them for a while, and they actually do. Since, brand new they are much cheaper than 1:18 scale models like BBR, Kyosho, CMC, Autoart, GT Spirit, and maybe Norev. If you ever really get into 1:18 scale models, check out diecastxchange forums. There are guys on there that take diecast models, completely tear them apart piece by piece, then use their 3D printers and make widebody fenders, custom wheels (there are sites that sell tires/turbos/bumpers,etc), basically anything they can think of and piece it all back together and create something that looks flawless and not like some hacked up piece of metal.

Since models like this and the Ground Pounder are low production with being 500/1000 made of each model they become quite difficult to come across.
