Lots of different responses here. As far as them taking advantage of me, and me being to blame... I had already decided that the internet price was fair and a price I was willing to pay before I went to the dealer. Would I have liked a better deal? Sure, but that is not my issue with the dealer. My issues with them are: 1. Lying about the warranty which was one of my reasons of deciding the price was fair, because it included this, the admitting they ****ed up, and only offering a detail or tire rotation in place of the warranty. 2. Selling me the tonneau cover in the deal and not including some of the parts that they should have. 3. Not standing behind the tires that they purchased through the Ford program, and installed. 4. Their absolute refusal to address a single one of these concerns after stating they would. I have contacted Ford customer care once again who states that they can't do anything about any of these issues other than file a negative complaint against the dealer. I just find that really hard to believe. As for buying used cars from dealerships, I disagree with almost everything anyone has said here. I've bought a lot of used cars from dealerships and I've had exactly two issues including this one so I consider that good. I emailed my complaint to all the major news companies in my area and have already received emails from two of them wanting to do interviews. I have a feeling this is going to get pretty interesting as they love this kind of stuff and I'm out for blood at this point. I'll keep this updated if anything happens. If anyone here has a corporate contact at Ford that might get me somewhere there, it would be appreciated.
