Currenty rebuilding my 4v teksid block. Turned the crank. Two rods shot. Got a set of bullet cams and wondering if i need notched pistons to be safe and if theres any benefit to notched or dished pistons?

do you mean bullet cams from the company in MS? they have like 200 cam grinds for a 4.6 4V, lol. best bet is to call them.
The benefit would be the valves not hitting the pistons. As mentioned you should reach out to the cam manufacturer. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
Yes i know every cam set has defifferent specs. Hoping to find someone with a similar build. Too many piston choices
You're not going to know if you need notched pistons until you know the cam specs.
