Did engine swap

Just on a engine swap on my 98 Mustang GT with a 96 Mustang GT with 04 heads now I have no spark low compression on 2 cylinders of the engine I just put in does anybody have specks on how to tighten valves or adjust them and what could be my problem with no spark I have literally chased down everything

Ya thats no good. Sounds like a tear down is next. Take the heads off and inspect.

I think It needs some rings dude I bought it from said he just rebuilt it SMH and still can't figure out why I'm not getting spark wish I would have never took out my other engine

You can't adjust the valves in these motors, but you should thoroughly check the heads first before re-ringing it.

Check for leaks, cracks, straightness, broken springs / valve stems. You could also freshen them up by tearing them down, clean off the carbon, lap the valves in and install new valve seals.

The no spark will be a separate problem.
