I'm getting mine from Alabama and it will be delivered from Ford right to my dealer here in Massachusetts.
It's called a courtesy delivery. Some dealers will charge an additional fee for doing this, both the selling and receiving dealer.
In my case neither is. The selling dealer gets the credit for the sale, and my dealer here is going to prep and deliver the car for no fee, cause myself and my family have bought over 15 cars/trucks from them over the years.
Ask your saleman, they should be familiar with this, as it is often done for fleet customers.
