I have noticed since i put white leds in the back up lamps they are constantly on about 15-20%. this smacks of the gremlin that may be the source of the dead battery after 4-6 days, even I have a new motorcraft replacement battery, and adding a tender for a car, vo way>that is for car that is in storage for 3 plus months. this is an issue some circuit is hot and is drawing enough amps to kill off the battery and my back up LEDs are on 100% of the time even though they are not powered up to light the area behind the vehicle. I suspect that its not only my backup lamps causing these issues. design flaw or falty relay but the evidence is there. put a Vohm meter on the backup socket and see for your eyes.....
