I'd love to have one in my life time. The guy that owns the truck is moving to SC...lucky him. Judging by his add you could get it around 10k. Not bad if you ask me.

^^ yes is does but I don't know the extent on how bad. To some it's not a big issue depending on how bad or if it's easily fixable. I would definitely ask for more pics.
