dash fix kit/foglights/shifter

I have a brand new in the box MB Ford dash fix kit. I also have a pair of clear foglights with the mounting brackets attached. I have a stock shifter from my 2000 SVT. Search me on CEG, I was 2kSVT, I had a 2000 SF nautillus turbo'ed SVT.
I sold it and bought the Saleen.
