I live about 10 minutes from here so it is convenient to run here. Wednesday night is test and tune night and this is when I normally run my car. Well tonight I tried to run my 2011 Shelby GT500 for the 3rd time. Gates open at 5:00 pm with time runs at 6pm "so the website says". They don't start prepping the track until about 6pm so you really can't run until about 7pm. So I paid $35 to make 1 pass at 7pm go right back to the staging lanes and wait until 9pm and I was the second car back. They take their sweet ass time cleaning the track and let the big pro mod cars run just to watch them shake the tires and coast the 1/4 mile. Meanwhile all the street car guys get to sit in the staging lanes and wait all night. I hope some of you reconsider going this track. They have just gotten their last dollar out of me.
