my brand new nitto 555R broke aprt down the center seam of the tread with less than 2 hours on them...just one of them blew...anyone ever heard of this before?

Sounds like a bad tire from the factory; may not have been welded together 100%. Never had problems with mine. I always recommend anyone getting LP tires to have them load force balanced for this very reason, and allow at least 500 miles before completing a burnout.
