Diagnosing a system lean code on both banks. Used a smoke machine to test for vacuum leaks and this thing on the supercharger started puffing smoke out. Does anyone know if i can get a replacement of these so i can fix it? Thanks

It’s a lightning/hd so different spot

@vg3o could also be the elbow on the turkey pan. There’s plenty of threads of you do a search
wheres the elbow at? i also just figured out it only does the surge at idle problem i keep experiencing when the climate control is active. i have the digital one if that makes a difference

ok- its only when the MAX A/C is active. thats when my idle gets rough

Of the idles low it could be dragging it down a little too far.

What exact codes do you have?

Turkey pan = lower intake. There’s a rubber elbow off the back that can rot and leak. Most plug it and I guess run breathers. It’s difficult to reach between the motor and firewall down underneath the blower

P/N XS2Z-9F715-BC and it was Lightning specific. Sadly discontinued. I have a list of dealers that may have it on hand, message me if interested. I'll point you the right direction.

For this elbow on the turkey pan, could it also cause some oil dribbling on my driveway after i drive it and let it sit for a few hours? trying to diagnose an oil leak too. I put some UV dye into it to check and its all along the top of the bellhousing and drips from the bottom of it. theres no other spot where i can see the dye so im only thinking it could be from there.

My brother had a similar idle issue on his supercharged HD F-150...

[According to him] He replaced all the vacuum tubes that go behind the supercharger & go to the driver-side Emissions/VAC assemblies. I tried asking him for those part numbers but he never got back to me...

Here's a simple diagram to get you started on chasing your VAC leak-

i appreciate this, thank you. i do have an unrelated question to this. im currently pulling things apart to clean them and get my head fixed since the spark plug blew out, my intercooler is currently stuck to the mating surface of the turkey pan, and no matter what i do it will not budge and pull out of the turkey pan. all the back bolts are off
