Just Do It! Well, I got these cams installed and threw a Circle D 4C in with the mix along with a set of OPG's and Boss chain tensioners in just for good measure. All I can tell you folks is if you think you want these cams, you do! These compliment a CJ mani, and prolly a Boss mani as well unlike anything I can think of short of going FI. I did not do the spring upgrade since this car is mainly daily driver and will only see the strip a couple times a year. Bottom line is this car is a whole different animal. It continues to pull all the way up to 7800 where it shifts. The torque converter nullifies any torque loss down low,(from the CJ Mani), so that is a non issue. I have to go back to my tuner to get my rear O2's replaced and a retune once they are in, so I haven't gone to the track and don't know any Dyno results just yet. But what I do know is this thing runs like a scalded dog and can't wait to see what it does once it is all dialed in. I did run up on one of the new 6gen SS Camaros on a recent trip to Mexico this past weekend and walked away from him 3 for 3. I had a passenger and he did not, which makes me feel even better about this mod. It was an Auto and still had the dealer tag on it.
