Is anyone able to find the owner of a car by Vin look up? I traded in my ST to automation, and it looks like it sold 2 weeks later. I've got some parts and an Accessport that I'd like to give to the new owner.

Unfortunately no... I could tell you when he/she registers it what city they're in...but that's it.

They probably don't let that info get out because you might have the 2nd key you never gave them when you sold it, then you could track down the new owner and steal their car easily.
