I had these motor mounts in my car for maybe 3000 miles, max. I bought them from Blue Oval Industries, but they look exactly like any other brand of aftermarket polyurethane motor mounts you can get for these cars. The poly material is already coming apart, as in the pictures. The metal part is basically cutting through the polyurethane as the motor twists under power. Anyone have this problem before? Would another brand be any better?

I’m not a fan of those types of bushings. It’s more bling.

I rather use oem rubber mounts

The reason I got them is that the stock ones let the motor move to much. The throttle position sensor on my Whipple crusher setup would hit the shock tower before I put the polyurethane mounts in. And I certainly wasn't going to use solid mounts.

Prothane makes those. Not sure if they're better or not.

The MM mounts look to be prothane as well.

I would add the prothane transmission mounts as well, then see how it goes.

Maybe call MM an ask how well they should hold up on your setup and if there is a warranty on them.
