Crankshaft pulley wobbling?

Soon, I'm still working through my first build and learning things.. Also want to get replacement driveshafts made as messing up the threads is a possibility depending on condition of the core.
Mine is now sitting off the car. Trying to decide which route to take for this vary reason. Grind and have some new pins machined or chance pulling it apart. I've got the replacement 60A bushings ready to go as well.

I would suggest leaving the pins.
They are a pressed in rivet type thing.
I used a wheel stud for my pins..yes the whole is about 1/2 inch. ..

I made a threaded rod which actually tighten them firm.

Than tiny rubber bushing.

Back side of pulley holes for bushings are smaller which holds bushing in from sliding out back side.

If you can secure pulley so you can use 4ft pipe on breaker heat may not be needed..





It's so tight you should have to hit around allen with torch to get it to break loose. Here is where if you cherry it to much it may take thread with it.
