[QUOTE="offroadkarter, post: 16350508, member: 79484"] Some of you guys should check out strictlytoolboxes.com if you want to go a bit up market from hardware store / HF branded toolboxes but not take out a mortgage for a tool truck box. I looked around a bit for a second hand snap on but people still wanted 3+ grand for used boxes and none fit what I was really looking for. I did a lot of reading on garage journal and found a lot of people were buying tool chests from Montezuma or Extreme Tools and very happy with both. They all order through strictlytoolboxes and I noted a lot of good feedback for that company. STB had a black friday sale on exactly what I wanted, a 72" x 30 " Deep chest with a work top. This is their in house branded chest which is made by extreme tools, at the time it was 900 dollars cheaper than the Extreme Tools branded box (believe its 600 less now). Fedex freight screwed me over and instead of putting it on a truck to PA, sent it to GA instead. STB refunded me another 200 dollars since FedEx is supposed to guarantee the delivery date for STB and they clearly failed to do that. STB followed up to make sure I was happy with the product, they have very good customer service and follow up. Anytime I called they answered right away. It came in a big wooden crate and very well packed, the only way this was getting damaged in transit is if FedEx dropped it off the back of the truck (which I could see them doing, incompetent fools!)
