Cracked Intercooler FS

I have a cracked intercooler that came off my 03 with 128k on it. My dumbass left a 75% water mixture in the system and the temps dropped pretty low. I can have it welded up at the local shop for $30. I'm not sure how much its worth, so make REASONABLE offers. These go for $300 minimum in good condition. I can have it fixed and pressure tested at the buyers expense if wanted, but just to be sure, buyer should have a local guy test and or fix.

dumb question, why not spend the $30 and have it fixed, then i'm SURE the guy will test it to make sure his weld worked, and ask the $300+? ha

I'm about to move to Korea, and the local shop had a two week turn around. Every other shop has quoted me $100 and I don't feel like dropping that kind of money just to get little return. Valid question though lol
