Figured I'd group these all in one thread, I've got a couple different issues around the back of my car. First is, the trunk has been leaking ever since I bought the car. Not bad, but enough that I keep towels in the passenger corner of the trunk. The seam sealer on that side has started to peel up, exposing the bottom of the trunk hinge and allowing water to follow the bolt down into the trunk. I need to figure out how to scrape all that out, pull the hinge and paint the bottom of it and reinstall/reseal.
Any tips on how to get that crap out and what to use to replace it?
My other question is, what do you guys do about keeping your rear interior trunk panel in? My center, long pushpins around the latch work fine but these outer things suck. They don't grab and that panel is constantly just loose on the ends
