cooling fan issue, doesnt seem to go into high speed

i noticed on my 2001 cobra that the high speed inst as power as my 2003 cobra ? it seems on the 2001 when the ac is on (supposed to turn on high speed) the fan seems super quit and slow. not sure if its possible for the fan to be stuck in low? anyone ever had this or heard of such?

I haven't heard of it being stuck in low. The two speeds use different circuits. Maybe the motor is just getting tired and can't spin as fast anymore.
